The Apparent American Apparel Outlet

It seems that many of you were interested of what consisted of the American Apparel Outlet. Up until a few weeks ago, if any of you were like me, knew of none existing. Apparently there are a few around the US. And now having gone into one, get to see it in it's full glory.

Although, not much different from the ordinary AA, there are a few differences. They mostly carry deadstock it seems. But prices can be slashed to about half of what they originally were. There are many colors. But not all colors. Since it's deadstock, it's mostly colors that didn't sell, in theory. So you might find the design you wanted a long time ago, but just not in the color you wanted.

They also have a sale area (surprise! I wonder why they never had this at the regular store?) But if you do happen to go to one, I say inspect your clothes carefully. I ended up buying a very inexpensive top only to later find a little hole in it. No big deal in the end really. But I can see some people getting upset about it.

I ended up with a few tops, and even some gold shorts that I'm now going to wear under my dresses that are just too short. I wanted them in silver, but they only had gold in my size. So again, you have to settle for what they have.

The cool thing is that they have tons of tri blend in lots of colors. They didn't have the tri blend leggings or cardigan that I want, but maybe they will soon. There also seems to be some experimental clothes gone wrong. Which is probably from some testing lab to try colors and fabrics, which is really cool. I plan on going again soon to load up on basics for work. Try to find one of these near you and you might not go to the real thing ever again!
